I have been experimenting with the keto diet, and have found that I have to go virtually NO CARB to be able to be in the zone where ketons can be smelled on my urine… I didn’t buy the strips you did.
No carb means NO plant foods, no dairy, or no ketosis.
I did lose 47 lbs in two years… even though I hardly ever went into ketosis.
Just my two cents worth…
